I wish I could answer all your questions with some assurance, but I can't. Some very deep compartmentalization of black ops programs have been going on for years, particularly in the ufo areas. Specific details are murky, but the general concepts are valid. And, they have been hidden, lied about, misrepresented for so long, that only a few on the outside and those still on the inside of the black programs really know what is happening now.
