12^th Annual International UFO Congress Convention and Film Festival to be held at the Flamingo Resort – Laughlin Nevada has announced its lineup of speakers. The event runs from February 2-8, 2003. 

Speakers include Stan Romanek a man who has had many video documented UFO sightings in Colorado since 12/27/2000. Abduction researchers Dr. John Mack, Budd Hopkins, and Deborah Lindemann will speak. 

A series of lectures on Planet X will take place. Lectures will be presented by Mark Hazelwood, Prof. James McCanney, Sean David Morton, and Donald Ware. 

Foreign speakers include Dr. Eltjo Haselhoff (Holland), Valery Uvarov (Russia), Graham Birdsall (U.K.), Philip Mantle (U.K.), Graham Sheppard (U.K.), Jaime Maussan (Mexico), Roberto Pinotti (Italy), Elizabeth Robinson (Australia), and Michael Hesemann (Germany). 

Other speakers include Jim Marrs, Wendelle Stevens, James Gilliland, Cmdr. Graham Bethune, Dr. Nick Begich, and Steven Greer.
