Are These Extraterrestrials Hostile? This is simply answered by the fact that we are still alive here on earth. The ETs that have been visiting us long before we had atomic weaponry, could have then, as they could now, with their advanced weaponry, annihilate the human race without a challenge. All of the fear surrounding the stories of abduction and cattle mutilations etc. have more of an actual association with para-military operations right here on earth as testified by witnesses that have been in these operations. Never the less, our view of life from space is filled with haunting images of evil aliens wanting to take over earth and destroy us as portrayed in our movies.
Our view of Extraterrestrials through MoviesReflecting
what may be stored in the sub-conscious minds of millions on Earth of
what Extraterrestrial interaction might be like, as portrayed by Hollywood
Science Fiction over the years. Is it just human nature to want to see
that which is "alien" to us as being something to fear that
Hollywood caters to?
Are there possibly influences that want the human race to view extraterrestrials in a menacing way, so that at the official government announcement of off planet cultures coming to earth, it will be an easy sell, that we must ban together patriotically and almost as a religious war against Satan's demons and fight them, disguising the real threat originating right here on earth? History has shown, though multiple witness accounts, that actual extraterrestrial encounters have been for the most part benign, with the only actions taken against our military forces have been rendering our nuclear weapons inert. When you take into account the extremely advanced technology that these off planet cultures have demonstrated, since the beginning of recorded time, it makes no sense that they are the ones we should be fearing. For if they wanted to destroy us and take over our planet, they could have done it a long time ago. There appears other elements that have a para-military influence, such as abductions and cattle mutilations etc., that originate from more earthly based operations. In any case, do your own research and you be the judge, who are the good and bad guys.
Dr Carol Rosin spokesperson for Wernher Von Braun Dr. Wernher Von Braun revealed to Dr Rosin on his deathbed, a plan to justify weapons in space, based on hoaxing an extraterrestrial threat. He told her that would be the final scare. And over and over and over during the four years that she knew him, and was giving speeches for him, he would bring up "the last card". "And remember Carol, the last card is the Alien Card. We are going to have to build Space-Based Weapons against aliens and all of it is a lie."
President Ronald Reagan February 17, 1987 Geneva (An Alien invasion was spoken of in 3 speeches) "I've often wondered, what if all of us in the world discovered that we were threatened by an outer -- a power from outer space, from another planet. Citizens of the world would come together to fight that particular threat..."
President Bill Clinton October 28, 1999 Addressing Educators visiting Washington. "If we were being attacked by space aliens we wouldn't be playing these kinds of games,"
And for those movie
producers that went way out of their way to demonize

2002 | Men in Black II Once again Men in Black
are portrayed as a benevolent and comical galactic police force protecting
earth from the bad "scum of the universe" aliens. Of course
the MIB is not affiliated with a secret government agency that whose
purpose is to keep people quiet through whatever means necessary. They
are the ones protecting us from those evil aliens. Right? |
|
1999 | Star Wars - The
Phantom Menace Evil may have some triumphs with their massive mechanistic armies, but the rag tag small group of Jedi-Knights are connected closer to the Force, that which is in all things, something the evil empire with all it's power is unable to overpower and overcome in the end. This is the first of the final trilogy of Starwars. The story has a good moral to it. |

2002 | Signs This is the only Movie yet to get the Double Extreme Evil Alien Award. As it is so blatant that the producers wanted to take such a benign phenomenon such as the beautifully designed crop circles and say "It's Not Like They Didn't Warn Us." and turn it into the evil demonic looking aliens versus man of God minister a farmer who doesn't apparently own a shotgun. The signs here are more the religious message to equate extraterrestrials as demons from Satan as the entire purpose of this movie, as it was not well done or even scary, other than what the religious influences are attempting to promote. |
|
|
2003 | Silent Warnings They couldn't help themselves from both capitalizing on the success of Gibson's "Signs" and wanting to make sure this theme of demonic aliens gets associated with crop circles. This one didn't have the religion or political overtones to win an Extreme Evil Alien award, but "I can feel the fear", if they do another one. |

2004 | Alien vs Predator "Whoever wins... We
Lose" (Well were you expecting
the gumby doll ET to arrive?) |

2005 | War of the Worlds A modern day remake of the 1953 version. Once again earth inhabitants are set for extermination so they can take over our planet. We can thank the oil industries and other corporate polluting industries that our toxic environment which we've adapted to, was lethal to these alien lifeforms. |
![]() |
2007 | Invasion A remake of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, really has nothing to do with the bad intentions of conscious extraterrestrials, but rather a biological epidemic: it attacks its victims while they sleep, leaving them physically unchanged but strangely unfeeling and inhuman. As the infection spreads, more and more people are altered and it becomes impossible to know who can be trusted. |

2008 | The
Day the Earth Stood Still A modern day remake of the 1951 version. The storyline is similar except when Klaatu warned in the 1951 version, "It is no concern of ours how you run your own planet, but if you threaten to extend your violence, this earth of yours will be reduced to a burned out cinder" our destruction would be due to our warring nature that we would destroy Earth and ourselves. Instead due to our irresponsible environmental stewardship of the planet, we would be destroyed before we could destroy the planet. A theme that could be taken that ETs would destroy humans in the interest of planetary health. But alas, in the end, they gave us a chance to change our ways. |
