For some time now, I have been meaning to post an article/video discussing the release, under and FOIA of a few pages of documentation regarding Edgar A Fouche’s Military Records. In summary, Ed Fouche became a whistleblower regarding things he saw when he worked Area 51 in 1979. Important parts of what he wished to disclose are “encapsulated” in his fictional novel “Alien Rapture – The Chosen.” Readers of this website will know that that I conducted an extensive set of interviews with Edgar Fouche about 1 year ago. He additionally provided documents relating to his Military Career.

At that time, Edgar had told me that there was an ongoing effort to attack his credibility, which included the use of a secretly recorded video. I discussed this in an earlier article entitled “Keeping The Secret Space Programme a Secret.”           One of the main attackers was David Hilton who seemed to be a friend or associate (at least on internet forums) of Jeremy Rys aka “Alien Scientist.” (This is all discussed and illustrated in the afore-mentioned article.) In a video posted on 26 June 2014, David Hilton claimed that Ed Fouche had faked one or more of his own military documents and therefore Ed could not be trusted. Hilton also made similar claims in postings on “The Outpost Forum.” Additional posts, however, indicated that David Hilton had filed an FOIA request to obtain copies of Edgar A Fouche’s Military Records from the relevant US Government Office/Department. Almost surprisingly, on 25 Sep 2014, Hilton then posted scans of the documents he received, thus:

These document scans, received by David Hilton, are reproduced at the bottom of this article. One of these documents shows Ed Fouche’s record of service at Lackland AFB in 1967, Keesler AFB Missouri and Cannon AFB New Mexico in 1968. Another document shows some of the training Ed completed in 1967.

Two other documents basically tell the same story that Ed Fouche had already related – both verbally and in earlier documents he had provided – to many different people in the past. Here are 2 portions from the documents Hilton received in his FOIA:

Technical Sergeant Edgar A. Fouché distinguished himself by meritorious service as F-15 Manual Test Station Shift Chief, 57th Component Repair Squadron, Nellis Air Force Base, Nevada, from June 1976 to 16 July 1979. During this period. Sergeant Fouchés conscientious and consistent application of management and leadership qualities continually enhanced the effectiveness and efficiency of his section as well as the 57th Tactical Training Wing mission. His insistence on in-depth training of his technicians on the highly complex electronic systems, test stations and associated equipment Maintained by his shop, has resulted in improved reliability of Wing F-15 aircraft. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Fouche reflect credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.

Another reads:

Master Sergeant Edgar A. Fouche distinguished himself in the performance of outstanding service to the United States as Non-commissioned Officer in Charge, F-16 Manual Test Station and Assistant Integrated Avionics Superintendent, 6100th Logistics Support Squadron, Kadena Air Base, Japan, from 5 September 1979 to 4 March 1982. During this period, his outstanding professional skill, knowledge and leadership aided immeasurably in the successful achievements of the squadron. Through his imagination and foresight the incorporation of the F-16 weapons system to the Pacific theater was accomplished well ahead of schedule. The singularly distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Fouche reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.

Back on the Outpost Forum, Hilton simply commented that Ed’s career record “seems ordinary.” Ed Fouche responded, rightfully pointing out that his service was “based on exceptional performance” and that those attacking him have posted no evidence of their own service record.

In summary, this FOIA release simply validates what Ed Fouche had already said – there is nothing which contradicts anything he said about his service record. Crucially, his service at Nellis AFB is listed and indicated, in the time periods he had previously stated. Hilton’s lack of comments about this and a simple statement about the service record being “ordinary” are a typical response to him being proved wrong about Edgar Fouche’s documentary evidence.
