Richard Hoagland was on Coast to Coast a couple of nights ago talking about this: www.checktheevidence… He refers to a very puzzling Weather Satellite Animation on this page: cimss.ssec.wisc.edu/… You may have trouble viewing this, because it is a large (7 megs) animated GIF file, which does not playback well in the broswer. I have therefore converted it to a Windows AVI file here: www.checktheevidence… (900 KB, 9 seconds playback) If you watch this, you will see 2 clearly defined lines appear in the pattern of clouds – 1 near the storm and then 1 further over to the top right. This animation could, of course be disinformation…. However, Hoagland and Noory also refer to this bill in the US Congress: “S. 517: A bill to establish a Weather Modification Operations and Research Board, and for other purposes” www.govtrack.us/cong… Are we having fun yet?
