I don’t have to spend much time with the popular media to know that all is not well in our country, in our world — despite the media’s positive spin.Messages from various off-planet sources have also accelerated, as have their sense of urgency, their sense that we are nearing a climax. They have become increasingly more specific.For me, all these messages create a mixed picture, a picture of entities and energies maneuvering to assist, to thwart, to enlighten, to suppress, to encourage, to discourage, and, most importantly, to misinform. I must admit to having been enticed by a compelling promise only to have it fail to materialize. I even bought into a message or two based on fear until I realized my mistake. I resonate with certain messages, not with others.My conclusions from these many messages are:1) There are both light and dark energies (and shades of gray) present on this planet; they have been here for eons. Earth is the focal point of a galactic chess game, in which we are the pawns. A vast host of light energies, extraterrestrials and celestials are gathered to awaken us — with increasing success.We, 3rd dimension humans (if indeed that is what those of us incarnated in bodies can be called), were enslaved many, many years ago. If you do not see this enslavement, you probably need to investigate further. I see this enslavement creating a dysfunctional world with corrupted institutions supported by anesthetized individuals.2) We are in the midst of dramatic change — no one will come out the other side unaffected. This is no longer “business as usual.” Knowledgeable people of every persuasion sense it. The more awake you are the more you know something is happening.3) The moment of decision for us is here and now — not a problem we can pass off to our children, or grandchildren. We are the ones who must choose our collective path. Extraterrestrials and celestials are not here to “save us.” They will coach us, and they may take care of some problems beyond our ability. But save us from ourselves, no. Furthermore, the path we collectively choose radiates beyond this planet.4) Our individual actions are important, critical, and unique. Each of us is powerful in our own right. Each of us came here for a reason; each has a role to play. Think of yourself as a member of a planet-wide orchestra — your individual contribution is important to the whole.5) You and I have two jobs:a. HOLD THE VISION of a transformed humanity. (For my definition of this vision read, “Creating the Cosmic Paradigm.” Your vision can be anything you wish.) By collectively holding the vision, we become the most powerful force on this planet.b. At any given time many different factions are competing for superiority, and confrontation is inevitable. The true Light Beings do not set out to impose themselves upon others in any way, but attract those who are drawn to their gentleness and love. They not only understand Universal Law but to the best of their ability also live by it.What I have described is the position you now find yourselves in, and the Light continues to grow regardless of the attempts of the dark to stop it. You are reaching a peak whereby the dark will have to exceed their ability to contain the Light, and then shall their empire collapse. You of the Light act as channels for these energies and are instrumental in doing this work. As much as the dark would like to curtail your success, they only have one weapon, and that is fear. Those of the Light know by now, that it can only affect them if they allow it to be so. However, there are many others who have not found that inner peace, and are held down by the lower vibrations.At higher levels everything possible is done to lift you up, and great energies are constantly directed to Earth. If you can but recognize how you are kept in a state of fear, you would be able to draw away from such energies. You would then find the way to center yourself and break the bonds that have held you in their grip. Once having done this, you create your own space and the peace that knows no end. You are not necessarily here to perform miracles, but this is the time to find and recognize your True Self. Everyone is on a path back to greatness to reclaim their sovereignty and godliness.The end of this cycle is your golden opportunity to leave the old behind, but you need to first recognize that this is your destiny. Take the help and advice that is offered, and seize the chance that is being offered to you. Even now you can rise up out of your demise and many helping hands are there to help you do so. The new name for this project is its Sirian tag “Decra Zau,” or “Operation Spirit.” The purpose of this task is to hurry the move toward first contact and remove any remaining barriers as soon as possible. We are using our full creative potential, evolving new approaches, and involving in this task the most knowledgeable of our personnel on Earth affairs. As noted last week, first contact progressed in the past half decade into a mission that, on your world, takes in many interlocked variables. The constant shifting of these factors continues to frustrate the achieving of a rapid conclusion to our mission. Thus, we are moving this into a new final phase. We are going to keep on informing you on this endeavor while at the same time pushing hard for our Earth allies to finish off what is needed for our mass landing to occur successfully in the very near future. Your plunge into limited consciousness permitted the dark to set up power structures that mentally and physically bind you to them and their Earth bound minions. In the last few centuries, means were put into motion meant to free you. Unfortunately, the nomenclature and accompanying beliefs of this reality make this task of freeing you most difficult. Heaven and the divine plan therefore devised devices for freeing you from this oppressive mind-set. The rise of America, the French revolution’s “Declaration of the Rights of Man” are only two of the ideas that have moved you toward your destined liberation. Most recently, the rise of an “electronic revolution” on your world in the past few decades signaled that the centralized control of the dark is quickly fading away. In this newly created environment, the decentralization of control is leading to an emergence of new ways to express your freedom and go beyond the restrictions imposed by your reality’s dark dualism. Those powerful ones on your world who recognize this and wish to become part of the consciousness revolution are becoming our greatest allies. The key to defeating this dualism is True Universal Love. This concept goes far beyond the terms and expressions of your religious and scientific philosophies. It is an energy that created all things within the context of the Great Blue Light of Creation. Since a full acceptance of these Truths requires states of higher consciousness, Heaven began the great transformation that you are all going through. Swimming in these seas of evolving consciousness are the old forces of your reality. The result is a multitude of reasons and beliefs for what is happening to you. We need to use our “good offices” here to literally free you from drowning in the misbeliefs and other gibberish now permeating your mind. The key is to understand that you are indeed changing for the better and to comprehend that you are part of a global transformation in consciousness. In turn, this change hugely affects your world. Seen in this context, it becomes easier to look at our position and discover the Truths long hidden by this reality’s inherent dualism. When we observe you, we see you in a reality that is rapidly becoming unglued and hence creating much chaos. This chaos is also leading you to new structures that are swiftly appearing in an unzipped state. Your task is to take these and construct a new reality. As we look further into this reality and see how it transforms, we note that sages or “technology prophets” long heralded the start of this process. Thus, we presently concentrate on these ones as well as those now phasing in elements (for example, new monetary systems) essential for these new structures to fully manifest as planned. Further, we are implementing strategies to counter the plans of the last dark minions to stop these things from formulating in your reality. This multi-step approach needs great diligence and a knowledge of how your world operates. Manifesting first contact requires wisdom, due diligence, and the Will to succeed and to communicate with you. In a nutshell, a project is underway that changes the obstacles to first contact into procedures that encourage it. In this context, the strange whims and beliefs of your world become ways to creatively alter your reality. In the past, we summoned the help of those who worked their magic to induce peace in our galaxy, but this failed to take into account the unique ways of this planetary society. Hence, these efforts, while well meaning, quickly became bogged down in the eccentricities of your world. Now, we have evolved a greater understanding of what is required. Consequently, we are using our personnel both aboard ship and on-planet to carry out the necessary preliminaries. This strategy is much more workable, as it is filled with general common sense about your ruling power structure and you. This plan can and will lead to first contact! The inherent duality on your world has certainly forged special circumstances. Often, when first contact teams encounter a potential new Galactic Federation member, the degree of xenophobia and misconceptions about the universe would have greatly dissipated. This is not the case here. We had thought that the procedure of first contact could act as a catalyst and produce a global catharsis for change. This has proven highly inaccurate. Your degree of primitiveness and your highly emotional attachment to your misguided beliefs need to be taken into account by us and a new approach to first contact devised. This re-evaluation led to “Decra Zau.” Its provisions allow us to rework our interweaving of personnel and other resources with those of our Earth allies. The time has come to move forward to first contact! As we progress, we intend to keep a degree of stability to ensure your survival. Some happenings are well known, such as women being elected presidents of their nations, and corporate and political figures’ testimony that firms up convictions of others, but I’m speaking primarily of happenings behind the scenes and some that are noted in Internet reports, but not in your mainstream news sources.Indictments against President Bush and some of his cabinet and other principals in his administration were served. This is a most significant step in what has been a long process of researching and organizing irrefutable evidence to justify this legal means of removing these people from their positions. They will make every effort to avoid prosecution, so please do not expect immediate results, but be encouraged by knowing that the energy momentum during the preparation period was given a gigantic leap forward by the documents’ delivery.Have you wondered why, in the face of world opinion growing ever more vocal against the war in Iraq and internal turmoil in that country expanding in large part because of US occupation, this administration isn’t withdrawing its military force there? Bush needs this volatile situation to continue so he can justify what he claims are his rights as a “wartime president,” and many of those upheavals in Iraq are instigated by the Illuminati-controlled CIA members to support his contention.But, just like his time left in office, that situation also will see its end much sooner than appears possible in this moment. Other lawsuits have been and are being filed to show this administration’s complicity in the terrorist event “9/11”; waging war without facts to support the declared need for it; the illegalities of holding prisoners without charge or legal defense and unauthorized surveillance of citizens; sanctioned torture; deliberate lack of rescue efforts for survivors of hurricanes; and legislated erosion of constitutional rights. What less than five years ago were only questions in the minds of people who saw that official explanations did not ring true, has grown into a mountain of documented evidence and testimony that will unseat President Bush and many others who are guilty of deceit and betrayal. The amassed energy racing toward this justice is unstoppable.I have mentioned in previous messages that some people in influential positions who formerly were participants in the dark agenda have left and eagerly joined with the light-worker force on the planet. Their numbers are growing daily and extend from governments through leaders in religions, banking institutions, the medical establishment, legal and justice systems, international corporations, military and intelligence-gathering forces, educational and cultural fields, and foundations formed to hide massive fortunes. Again, you will not see many of these “defections” to the light being reported publicly, but the effects are having worldwide impact. This is being reflected not only within those major bodies of interests, but also the greater light is reaching people who formerly were totally unaware consciously and spiritually of Earth’s transition from the era of lies and ignorance to the era of love and enlightenment.Nevertheless, sufficient Illuminati power remains in your major media so that the “news” is focused on topics that generate fearful emotions, including the saber-rattling against Iran and North Korea . Earth has declared that she will not abide a third world war and its devastation to her souls in any life form, so please do not aid the dark ones by fueling their desperate need for your fearful feelings–they flourish and expand their potency through the energy of fear, and by their choosing, cannot abide the energy of light. Their only hope of keeping the vestiges of their former empire of captured souls, so to speak, is through fear. Earth’s course is set–yours is not. Earth is moving at an accelerated tempo into the plane of vibrations she has chosen, but each of you must choose your course; if you are filled with fear, you will block the light from lifting you spiritually and also changing you at cellular level so that you can travel physically with Earth.These media outlets bombard you with the worst in humankind: senseless violence, brutality and killings, rapes and robberies wherever they occur; and to death tolls in transportation crashes, wherever they happen–the kind of information that distresses compassionate souls and also stirs the fearful thought: “This could happen to me or someone I love.” Each time a person succumbs to avian flu, it is widely reported to keep alive your concerns that the relentless warnings of a potential endemic may be right, and what now that the vaccines have been found worthless? Reports of legislation in any country that reduces civil and human rights is not for edification so that you can rally to oppose it, but to make you fear that you or your loved ones may be caught in their long tentacles. Please be aware of how purposefully these kinds of “news” events are selected and do not let your emotions be pulled into the fear that is intended!I am mentioning these examples of fear-mongering for another reason as well, to assure you that the more diligently you replace fear with light, the more swiftly all of those kinds of situations will end. Yes, sometimes I feel like a “broken record” in so often emphasizing this universal truth, but I do so because we see that our reassurance and encouragement is welcomed by you who believe our words and even more so, by the new soul-searchers who are looking for reasons to validate their hopes that someday violence and hatred will be replaced by peace and cooperation–they need to know how they can stop contributing to the problem and become part of the solution.Now then, Mother, I’d like to continue with another matter of great importance, the many questions you have received about a channeled message stating that a widespread power failure will announce the arrival of a fleet of ET ships and Salt Lake City has been designated as one landing site. This is supposed to happen in a few days.Hatonn and I have agreed that because this is his area of activity and not mine, he will reply to questions of this nature, and he did so when you read the first report sent to you. In paraphrasing his response, I say that there will be no landings until there is assured safety both for the space family visitors and all people in the area, and that time has not come. Nothing that could evoke fear, such as a massive power failure, will herald the public arrival of any ETs. “First Contact” is a misnomer because small ships regularly land and take off from areas in the Himalayans and South America, not to mention the many ETs who are living among you. However innocently intended by the people who pass this message around, the effect of this information is a rise in excited anticipation, which will be followed by the much lower energy vibration of disappointment, disillusionment, confusion, and possibly to many, the discrediting of all channeled information. It is vital that you learn discernment in evaluating all information from all sources, including channeled!I acknowledge that I have embellished Hatonn’s words to you, and the last two statements are my considerable elaboration on his comment that was simply, now he had still more disinformation to deal with. For readers who may not know, another area of this powerful soul’s responsibility is communication between Earth and all other places in the universe during this unprecedented time on your planet.S: Definitely you two have different speaking styles! Do you want to continue choosing topics on my list?MATTHEW: If I may, yes, I’d next like to address what is to you, a surprising number of questions about chemtrails. You are inured to these because they fill the local area skies whenever weather permits, and you often hear of the same from people in many other states and countries. But we know that the majority of the world’s population does not distinguish these from contrails, the lines of condensation naturally formed by airplanes in the higher elevations. Chemtrails are solutions with toxic ingredients, including biological agents and minute particles of metals and chemicals that are dangerous to your bodies, and they are intended by the dark ones with authority to order these flights and their deadly payloads, to cause illness and death.I see that one questioning reader asked why the people behind the chemtrails would do this unless they had antidotes to the toxins. The peak of darkness on the planet is exactly in that “space” because they lack the capacity to love selves or others, and their hunger for achieving their goals contains an arrogance that they are indomitable and their target masses are expendable. T hey do not order the aerial contaminants released over areas where they, their families or other primary Illuminati parties reside or are visiting, and if ones who are serving them happen to fall victim to the toxins, they are replaced. They also have products, which they do not wish to be known publicly, that protect against or ameliorate the harmful effects of the toxins.On a much lighter note, the most dangerous effects of the chemtrails are being greatly reduced by the technology of the extraterrestrial civilizations that are helping you and Earth in numerous ways. Without their continuous neutralization or alleviation assistance in this regard, most bodies would be irreparably damaged and die. As it is, though, you who have strong immune systems may become sick, but you will survive. Those whose immune systems have been severely weakened by illness, nutritional deficiencies, or long-time stress, very likely cannot.Please do not ask for my recommendations of the products I mentioned–endorsement of any is not within my province. Information about them is available on the Internet, and in your comparisons, I urge you to ask your godself for guidance in choosing the best for you. And there many simple things you can do to enhance your immune systems, such as replacing your regular salt with sea salt; cutting down on sugary foods and cutting out foods with artificial sweeteners; drinking a lot of the purest water available; and instead of buying chemical drugs produced by pharmaceutical companies, discussing with pharmacists at health food stores the best natural remedies and nutritional supplements for your personal needs. Ultimately, it is your responsibility to care for your body with the same conscientiousness that you care for yourself in mind and spirit.And now, Mother, please take over with your choice of questions.S: OK, but first, I think people would like to know how they can detect chemtrails from contrails, so will you please tell them.MATTHEW: I’ll be happy to do this. A contrail is the white “heated” sky path created by a departing airliner when it reaches colder air in the higher elevations, and the condensed vapor spreads uniformly like a veil until it is so thin that it disappears in whatever configuration the high winds have shifted it. A chemtrail, which is created by the emission of the solution from specially designed outlets in the planes used for this purpose, does look much the same, but it appears at a lower altitude and is denser in appearance, with the dissolving effect almost “clumpily” uneven but within a more confined line; and despite its heavier than air composition, it is evident somewhat longer than a contrail even though its toxic particles are falling to Earth. It also could choose to remain in the body when there is a risk that a determined base soul could enter and attempt to dominate the personality–remember, the personality that is considered “you,” is part of the body, not part of the soul–or even prevent the original soul from re-entering.It is possible for two souls, or even soul fragments, to inhabit the same body. In such cases, when the second soul or soul fragment enters, usually there is an abrupt change in behavior; or, if the “double occupancy” happens when a body is very young, this would be seen as the child’s “abnormal” behavior.
