Are they here? www.youtube. com/watch? v=9fVCLd21f7s One of the comments reckoned it was a balloon release: www.foroermua.com/ht… This doesn’t seem to wash because: 1) There don’t seem to be enough balloons 2) The picture was taken in the evening 3) There are clouds in the sky.
