The Ministry of Defence has released a previously classified Report which shows that it financed ESP experiments in 2002. The heavily censored Remote Viewing Report was made available in response to an application under the Freedom of Information Act. A study was undertaken in 2001-2002 to investigate theories about capabilities to gather information remotely about what people may be seeing and to determine the potential value, if any, of such theories to Defence.
