Discovery Channel investigate so called “Chemtrails”
(from my network list – with thanks/first received from Solaris/Canada):I once told a friend that the US government had the technology to manipulate weather as far back as 50 years ago and he thought I was nuts, even though I showed him congressional records banning anyone from using these technologies back then. If it was only a conspiracy theory, then why is there a U.S. Senate Bill 517 and U.S. House Bill 2995, that allow “experimental weather modification” by artificial methods and implements a “national weather modification policy”. Why did United State government establish an official bureau of weather modification in Washington, DC in 2005. I can see a lot of fat cats smoking cigars and rubbing their hands thinking of many ways to sell pre-packaged weather… the latest in creative capitalism. One such project is the HAARP project hidden in Alaska that uses a massive array of antennas that work like a microwave which heats up the upper atmosphere creating or destroying hurricanes and other weird atmospheric phenomena such as an artificial aurora. This government facility claims it is studying “Ionospheric Physics and Radio Science” and was officially revealed to the public around 1990. The discovery channel decided to investigate Chemtrails, which are said to be chemicals sprayed over populated areas by unmarked planes as part of these clandestine research projects. While most people look up and see the white contrails which are essentially water vapour, some of them are actually Chemtrails and there’s ample research material to support these claims. Western governments continue to deny anything is going on, yet the phenomenon has evolved to stage where it can no longer be ignored and if you do a google search for “chemtrails” you will find hundreds of thousands of videos and photos taken by civilians and letters to their MPs and Congressmen to find out who is spraying populations and why. ———————————- >> DISCOVERY CHANNEL VIDEO:video.google.ca/vide… This special program of the show “BEST EVIDENCE” was broadcasted August 10th, 2007. It looks at those who claim that jet fuel of commercial and military aircrafts contain secret experimental additives, such as aluminum oxide, for weather modification purposes. The scientific theory behind this claim is that such additives could act like small mirrors to reflect sun rays, thus, slowing down the coming disastrous effects of global warming and climate change. Those who make this conclusion also say that some of these alleged experimental jet fuel additives can harm the health of plants, animals and humans, even if there was a positive intent behind them to help slow down climate change. The TV show interviews atmospheric scientists who say that there is no scientific evidence available to make such conclusions. The Discovery Channel team travel to Kettering University in Flint Michigan, where they commissioned a scientific test of a random jet fuel sample from the local airport. Though a limited test using only one random sample of commercial jet fuel, it doesn’t show anything abnormal about its chemical composition. Discovery Channel’s conclusions is that though there is no proven scientific evidence yet that contrails of civilian or military airplanes contain experimental additives and chemicals, they discover that the US military has the technology available to manipulate the weather using these means if they wish to do so through a secret program, as they did in Vietnam during the Vietnam war, a project called “Operation Popeye.” Journalist William Thomas concludes by saying that in the winter of 2005, the United State government established a federal bureau of weather modification in Washington, DC. He says this is a government mandated agency whose stated mission is to modify the weather and climate.
