While the general thrust of the call to action is commendable and long overdue, in my opinion there seems to be an underlying current of undue emphasis on the possible hostile nature of extra-terrestrial entities. The phrase in the Declaration “especially after the attacks of 9/11” assumes the official U.S. Government story of what happened on that day to be true, which may not be the case. (In fact, there is much solid evidence to the contrary.) That phrase about 9/11 in the Declaration may serve only to impart fear as a major basis for disclosure of truth regarding UFO’s leading to increased spending on the militarization of space.
