Am not sure if all of you aware of this but if so just wanted to give you a correct update as there now seems to be so much inaccuracy about this footage out there. Carl Nally and Dermot Butler of upri (email above) showed this at Betty Mylers UFO conference in Carrick on Shannon, Ireland 27th Sept. It had been mentioned in the Irish press the day before but most coverage was from press at the conference or who did interviews the following week. At no time has UPRI put this on You tube. Anything you see there is nothing to do with the newspaper coverage and still shots Carl provided them regarding the 3rd Aug sighting. At the Irish conference (i was there) Carl showed the full movie footage which is not long but he had slowed it down for better viewing, and talked about 3 DIFFERENT sightings in same area within days of each other. One was shown as a still shot by a pilot of a different triangle take a few days BEFORE the 3rd August camera footage. The camera footage 3/8 with the beam was shot by a detective guarda who UPRI are confident did not fake this. As I understand it the guarda saw 3 triangular objects overfly him before filming the 4th with the red beam. The politician in Trim was another case 8/8 which had already been reported by the politician in his local press. This was of a huge saucer shaped craft. The 3 sightings seem to have been misquoted down the line as that all 3 people saw the red beam when they are seperate incidents, talked about by Carl to show the amount of UFO activity in the area and the type of witnesses.So, the press coverage in Ireland continues, in part due to the previously planned paranormal conference 11/10 which UPRI had been invited to speak at. Then out of the woodwork is the wedding where the chinese lanterns were released. I can tell you the ‘bride’ originally alledged to Carl that the wedding party lit 4 lanterns, she was surprised to find out from Carl that the Guarda actually saw 4 triangles so then there must have been at least 12 lanterns??? So the 4 changed to 12 in a letter to the Tribune I believe. The Irish Times 12/10 who we had hoped were going to do a decent story did a total debunk with lanterns as the cause.( as did the Irish Mirror although I have not seen that) Note all previous coverage had been fair. The on-line Times site showed the false You tube footage from where??? (and they didn’t even publish my comments!) Funny though that even the you tube footage is nothing like lanterns. Oh, The Times and Mirror reported the number of lanterns had increased to 25, with still no explanation to the beam. Whatever the footage is, it is clearly not lanterns.(if indeed there ever were any lanterns) And if its secret military what is it doing over protected air space so near to Dublin airport??The you tube clip on front page of UFO data is NOT the original presented at Carrick on Shannon or Dublin paranormal conference 11/10, or of the original still shots discussed by Carl Nally in many newspapers.
