I continue to be baffled by the huge difference between the number of viewers (4082 this morning) and the number of signers (156). I guess it shows, above all, the degree of ignorance and misinformation that is in operation through the mass media. John Pilger calls them the invisible government. Can we, the ambassadors of an online-based change of mindsets, counteract their effects?   Secondly, let me share our evidence submitted to the Treasury Select Committee in response to its inquiry into the “banking crisis”. The cover letter spells out how, as a “constitutional Sovereign”, HM The Queen has responded to our Sovereignty & Seignorage report. My second letter to Buckingham Palace points out that evidence is always taken from people within the system, never from victims such as bankrupts and people who lose their homes or experience force, since bailiffs now have been given the power to use force. That really enraged me!   The Committee’s automatic response to the submission was that it becomes their property. Hence I have asked what law they are using and that I’m requesting permission to publish on-line.   Our article “Public Cash for the Real Economy, the ultimate request, by on-line petition” is still in the mailboxes of the reviewers of the Journal of Accountancy Business and the Public Interest.   But meanwhile the hits to my various blogs and websites keep increasing, and comments on the web show how more and more people see through what is being done in the name of the taxpayer. The question seems to be: how urgently do we focus on making alternatives happen?   Well, we’ve begun by setting a date: April 24/25 for an event called Challenging the Recession. Now we are working on getting the venue right. Initial communication with Bartercard has taken place to demonstrate for businesses what LETS has taught so many of us individuals.   And thus I’d like to wish us all an “interesting 2009” while we trust the magic of net-working in all its unforeseeable powers.   With ‘globally warm’ regards,   Sabine   Money Supply or Public Credit Petition, Parliamentary Scrutiny via the Treasury Select Committee: 156 signatures and > 4,000 page views   Money as Debt also known as Credit, our core concerns on blog with > 420 hits   Green Credit for Green Purposes, our submission to the Committee’s Inquiry into the Stern Report, on blog with > 3,640 hits   In the Spirit of the Forum for Stable Currencies, blog with > 5,810 hits   Forum for Stable Currencies, current site with > 1,800 hits and archive with > 8,580 hits   Expanding Dr. Yunus’ Sphere of Influence, blog with > 12,160 hits     21a Goldhurst Terrace London NW6 3HB   T: +44 207 328 3701 M: 07968 039 141     Taglocity Tags: petition
