If all friends that are able, to attend can come along on Tuesday morning it could help Gary’s case….. and hopefully some journalists will be able to come along but as It’s Obama day there may not be any/many journalists there.   Gary’s solicitor Karen Todner got a letter from the Director of Public Prosecutions last week on the day of the Press Conference (Thursday 15th January) , telling her that the DPP is giving serious consideration to Gary’s case but needs four weeks to make a decision.   Karen Todner, Ben Cooper & Edward Fitzgerald are now going into court to ask the Judge (Justice Kay) for an adjournment until Keir Starmer has made a decision on whether or not to try Gary in the U.K   Our worry is that Justice Kay is the same Judge that ruled against Gary in the High Court.   If Justice Kay rules on Tuesday that Gary won’t allow an adjournment then that could be the end of the line so Tuesday is going to be a pretty scary day for us.   Please attend the court hearing if you possibly can, as we’re frighteningly close to the end.   Many Thanks & Best Wishes   Janis (Gary’s Mum)
