This stupid law is an indication of the coming brutality soon to be upon us. Photography has been widespread amongst the people since 1846 . Police have been photographed since at least 1846 .So this law needs to be challenged in court using the Rodney King crime as an example of why we must photograph what we wish to. Also when riots occur and police turn up are the press going to stop working ? When a hurricane causes devastation are the heroic actions of the police not to be photographed ? And what about Glastonbury & music festivals or Trooping the colour ? Are we to seriously believe that people photographing the Household Cavalry , The Queen & the Cold-stream Guards will be arrested for including Police Officers who happen to line the route of a parade up the Mall ? And what about the press conferences outside Scotland Yard ? And the Football Matches ???This law is to be easily defeated. Tens of thousands of peoplemust march cameras in hand and photograph everything they want to on route to Scotland Yard . The People then surround Scotland Yard Cameras flashing away whilst making a very large noise. From: Andrew Johnson To: ad.johnson@ntlworld….Sent: Wednesday, 28 January, 2009 22:08:44Subject: [Cognoscence] FW: [infowarsnews] UK Terror Law To Make Photographing Police Illegal   UK Terror Law To Make Photographing Police Illegal
Cops moving away from role of public servants, assuming God-like status   Paul Joseph WatsonPrison Planet.comWednesday, January 28, 2009   New laws set to be passed in England and Canada would make it illegal to use bad language or take photographs of police officers, moving us further away from the idea of police as public servants and more towards the notion of cops assuming God-like status.   www.prisonpl anet.com/ uk-terror- law-to-make- photographing- police-illegal. html
