This international event is an integral part of a growing advocacy movement aiming to change government policy toward extraterrestrial related phenomena. Exopolitics UK is part of the Exopolitics World Network. Since the early 1950’s the United States has led a “truth embargo” on any formal acknowledgement of an extraterrestrial presence engaging the human race. Many nations including the United Kingdom are now breaking with this policy and are releasing thousands of classified and previously withheld UFO/ET related files. Many government and civilian agency witnesses are coming forward with relevant testimony confirming an extraterrestrial presence. Featured lectures include: Richard Dolan (US): UFOs and the National Security State – Richard Dolan became interested in the UFO problem, approaching it from the angle of history and politics. He was intrigued by the cultural schizophrenia – the fact that mainstream and academic culture (official culture) continued to treat UFOs as amusement, but that so many intelligent people privately had taken it seriously. He holds an MA in History from the University of Rochester and a BA in History from Alfred University. He earned a Certificate in Political Theory from Oxford University and was a Rhodes Scholar finalist. Prior to his interest in anomalous phenomena, Richard studied US Cold War strategy, Soviet history, and international diplomacy. It was while studying the 1st US Secretary of Defence James Forrestal that Richard discovered a high level interest in the UFO problem as it pertained to US National Security. Nick Pope (UK): MoD UFO files & the Milton Torres Sighting – Nick Pope is a former Senior Executive Officer with the UK Ministry of Defence who directly investigated the UFO issue while working for the Ministry of Defence and is seen as a leading researcher and spokesperson. Nick will address the powerful events unfolding in the UK and review a recently declassified case. USAF pilot Milton Torres was ordered to intercept and open fire on a UFO over Ipswich while based as RAF Manston in Kent. Since his case was recently declassified by the Ministry of Defence he has now come forward to provide insight into the case. Lloyd Pye (US): The Starchild Enigma – The story of the Starchild Skull begins in the 1930’s, with the accidental discovery of a Skull with anomalous characteristics in a long-abandoned mine near Mexico’s Copper Canyon region. Lloyd Pye has documented that, for example, the skull’s bone is about half as thick as normal human bone and weighs about half as much. Additionally, the bone is substantially stronger than any other mammalian bone, and has a mineral profile more like dental enamel. The skull is morphologically unique, and does not match the physical profile of any known human deformity.
