I am in some agreement with parts of this piece (mainly that it’s not the soviets or the Japanese that have the technology) I am less concerned about the “Scalar” description, as it is clearly different to other technology). www.bariumblues.com/… Main Page Bariumblues.com “Scalar” is Disinformation (or– never trust a weapons developer) Having seen evidence of weird electromagnetic phenomenon happening overhead in the atmosphere, I was inclined to believe Thomas Bearden when he described “scalar” weather wars technology. But I no longer believe Tom Bearden (or those in association with him such as Steven Greer, promoter of the phony UFO Disclosure Project). Bearden’s claims are ridiculous, especially when reexamined in 2007, after the passage of several years since his writings of 2004. What about Scott Stevens? Scott Stevens promotes a scalar interpretation of our electromagnetic atmosphere at Weatherwars. He appears to be sincere and he’s got really great photos of anomalous sky phenomenon. However, I’ve come to the conclusion that Scott and others have been misled by Bearden’s disinformation and are therefore acting as either witting or unwitting shills in this con game if they advocate the notion of “scalar” technology. I certainly don’t claim to know all about the electromagnetic technology being deployed in our atmosphere for environmental modification or geophysical weaponry. But I’m certain it can’t include the “scalar” technology which Bearden promotes. Here’s why: Bearden has claimed that the new scalar superweapons were developed, produced, manned, and operated by the KGB itself, and that the Yakuza (Japanese mafia) has acquired these soviet superweapons.
This is nonsensical because: The Yakuza is the name given to organized criminal gangs from Japan. The Yakuza is not a single organization but is rather a collection of separate gangs. The KGB was disbanded by Boris Yeltsin in1995. It was substituted by the FSB. Bearden made the claim several years ago that they were going to use these scalar weapons to destroy the US economy in a matter of months. Obviously, this didn’t happen. They’re purposeful about what they’re doing.” The CIA strongly disagreed, calling Rumsfeld’s position a “complete fiction” and pointing out that the Soviet Union was disintegrating from within, could barely afford to feed their own people, and would collapse within a decade or two if simply left alone. But Rumsfeld and Cheney wanted Americans to believe there was something nefarious going on, something we should be very afraid of. To deflect attention from the fact that it is the USA’s own military technology being deployed in the sky over our homes. To make the U.S. chemtrails aerosol operations look like a necessary response to scalar weather wars being waged by others.
