I received this yesterday (not sure how I got on his list…) Federal Lawsuit to stop forced vaccinations filed in US District court on July 31, 2009I want to commend powerful activists like Jane Burgermeister and Elizabeth Booth for being instrumental in helping me initiate the federal lawsuit I filed in U.S. District court on Friday. These two women are champions in the cause of the protection of children around the world.Elizabeth is focusing her time now on activist work in Florida and is no longer a coordinator with the lawsuit I filed. I wish this amazing woman good luck in her work down south. :)Jane Burgermeister continues her important work by visiting a vaccine factory in Austria with two brave souls. Peace activists look forward to seeing video of this profiteering company who continues to push vaccines that pose such health problems.THE FEDERAL LAWSUITI formally filed the federal lawsuit opposing forced vaccines at the US District courthouse on July 31, 2009. The lawsuit includes a 13 page Complaint, 12 pages of evidentiary Exhibits, a 13 page Motion for Preliminary Injunction to stop the forced vaccinations, and a 3 page Preliminary Injunction. If the judge signs the Preliminary Injunction, this will stop the federal govt from forcing anyone in any state to take a flu vaccine. It will also prevent a state or local govt from forcibly vaccinating anyone, and the injunction will forbid any person who is not vaccinated from being denied any services or constitutional rights. :)Jane posted the 13 page Motion for Preliminary Injunction about halfway down this page;wakenews.net/html/ja… legal papers were written not only for filing in federal court, but also they can be looked at by activists around the world for ideas on filing lawsuits in their own countries to help stop the forced vaccinations. As the truth of the dangers of these flu vaccines continues to grow, we will eventually succeed in banning these vaccines :)With honesty, courage and love for all people, we will win. The protection of life is much more important than ignorance or greed. And we must avoid unneeded fears which might interfere with our important work of protecting love and kindness.ADDITIONAL FEDERAL FILINGSI will soon be filing for an injunction to cover military personnel, so they too will not be forced to take a dangerous flu vaccines. My lawsuit is also broadening to require all vaccines the be much safer than they are today. Thimerosal mercury must be permanently banned from all vaccines. Addtiional court documents I am filing will force the federal govt to override the greedy corporations’ quest for higher profits while so putting the public at risk.
