I received these thoughts from Graham. It is true that if you click through the days, HAARP was active between the 10th and the 12th, shutting off about 6 hours before the quake. maestro.haarp.alaska… If someone can get data for another HAARP facility, then we can start to move it more out the speculative zone. Either that, or we need a named whistleblower who is willing to disclose everything (not a Project Camelot type witness who is initially anonymous and then thinks aluminium wing struts can cut through 3 inch steel girders, yet still claims to understand physics – I am referring to Henry Deacon who claimed to have been involved in the black op to guide planes into the WTC). I still think that HAARP is far too obvious a candidate for this…. but who knows – what do I know, after all? However Earthquakes could be energised where two or more HAARP station outputs are focussed together in phase coherence, in much the same way as radio control of WW2 RAF bombers was used over the farthest reaches of Germany from radio beams originating in the UK. Please do not overlook the Tesla type material resonance which can be built up by one HAARP transmitter, and then fired to release that kinetic energy by one or more other HAARP facilities being tuned to exact resonance at the desired point for energy release.
