Someone wrote and suggested this: Note the handle used USAF FE KC10 – so if FE means something (Front End?) it could be a fellow who signed up for ten years hoping to be a Top Gun in a fighter and ends up being bored as a glorified truck driver. We can clearly see the guy filming is in the front of the plane and it must be a plane big enough for 2 people to sit in the front, so I doubt it’s a fighter plane they’re filming from.
