Apologies if you already got this! From: Lloyd Pye Updates [mailto:lloyd@lloydpye.com] Sent: 05 September 2010 07:10To: ad.johnson@ntlworld….Subject: Recent essay and some updates   A few months ago I was asked to write an essay for a magazine about why science is so consistently wrong about what it professes to “know.” Some of you may have already seen all or part of it in various venues. Now, however, it has been given a fresh presentation on Nikki Wall’s excellent “Paranormal Utopia” website. Nikki has jazzed up the article with great photos and graphics, providing visual sizzle to compliment its textual bite. This is one of my best essays, clearly expressing my feelings and understandings about the severe limitations of science and its practioners. If you have not seen this before, or taken the time to read it, please consider giving it a chance. It’s a good one.   paranormalutopia.com…   The 10-minute video about the Starchild’s nuclear DNA results has been available on Youtube for one full month. In those 30 days it has racked up over 140,000 views on the main Youtube site, and many other thousands on other sites that feature it. So the response has been impressive for a video in the alternative field, but it should be. It’s a rare day when any researcher — mainstream or not — can announce history on the level the Starchild is poised to achieve when its genome is recovered and sequenced. For those who have not yet seen this video, it is here:   www.youtube.com/watc…     The 6-minute video where I hammer “Wackypedia” and a ruthless skeptic has only 700 views, which means I haven’t done a good job of expressing its importance. Most people who hear about the Starchild Skull immediately turn to Wackypedia to find out more about it. Unfortunately, this is the worst thing they can do if they expect to find much truth about it (or about me, for that matter, on my page). During the decade I’ve struggled to prove the Starchild’s genetic heritage, the Wackypedia pages and the Novella article discussed in the video have done more damage to my work than anything else out there. So I take considerable satisfaction in explaining the situation in a Q&A session after a lecture in England in 2009.   www.youtube.com/watc…         Lloyd Pye www.LloydPye.com
