Basically, the last few minutes seems to suggest all the people involved were actors (other than those who are readily identifiable such as Haig and Kissinger) – and the idea of a hoaxed moon landing is whimsical. However, it’s an odd way to do this – and also, who gets that sort of access to film Kissinger, Rumsfeld and Haig in the way shown?
