Attachments : The video is very interesting:   This version was uploaded on 12th March   www.youtube.com/watc…   though I understand the original was shot on March 9th. At first, I just thought it was a jumbo circling about the low cloud to land, but the sound stays at  a pretty loud and constant volume. Also, the sound STOPS after a flash is seen (the opposite of what happens with lightning, as if I need to say).   As usual, no one is giving any answers. Two very weird phenomena stories out of the Florida beginning on March 9 when residents in Flagler County located on the east coast of Florida reported a loud noise–’very strange sounds’ that lasted ‘up to 20 minutes’. [Video, which is pretty amazing, below] Nine days later, one day before the Super Moon, scared Floridians near Tallahassee, located over 200 hundred miles to the northwest of Flagler County, reported the ground and buildings shaking. The explanation for the extremely loud noise in Flagler County from the National Weather Service: SPECIAL WEATHER STATEMENTNATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE TALLAHASSEE FL718 PM EST WED MAR 9 2011 FLZ011-013>018-026-027-114-115-118-127-GAZ155>158-100230-JACKSON-CALHOUN-INLAND GULF-INLAND FRANKLIN-GADSDEN-LEON- INLAND JEFFERSON-LIBERTY-INLAND WAKULLA-COASTAL GULF-COASTAL FRANKLIN-COASTAL JEFFERSON-COASTAL WAKULLA-SEMINOLE-DECATUR-GRADY-THOMAS718 PM EST WED MAR 9 2011 /618 PM CST WED MAR 9 2011/ …STRANGE SOUNDS BEING REPORTED ACROSS THE FLORIDA BIG BEND… THERE HAVE BEEN SEVERAL REPORTS OF VERY STRANGE SOUNDS FROM THE WOODVILLE AREA SINCE ABOUT 645 PM EST. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE BELIEVES THIS PHENOMENON IS BEING CAUSED BY THUNDER FROM DISTANT LIGHTNING STROKES… BOUNCING OFF A VERY STABLE LAYER ABOVE THE GROUND. THIS IS CALLED DUCTING…AND CAN ALLOW SOUND TO TRAVEL UNUSUALLY LONG DISTANCES. THIS SOUND HAS BEEN MISTAKENLY ATTRIBUTED TO POSSIBLE TORNADOES…BUT WE AT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE WANT TO BE VERY CLEAR THAT THERE ARE NO TORNADOES … AND NONE ARE EXPECTED. First up, the video: Link to what HAARP sounds like recording.Play the recording several times then imagine hearing it for ‘up to 20 minutes’. Link to more info on HAARP ‘sounds’. Noted in the video, the ‘sound lasted up 20 minutes’, ‘never changed directions’ and ‘there was virtually no wind’. Another interesting detail, ‘the house and ground were shaking’. Were the strange sounds a weather phenomena known as ‘ducting’? From WRAL.com, Ask Greg: ‘Certain fairly rare atmospheric profiles of wind, moisture, temperature and density can refract, focus, or even “duct” sound waves in such a way as to propagate such sounds much farther than usual with minimal loss of intensity, skipping over some areas and allowing the sound waves to reach the surface in others, and this combined with any of a number of originating sources seems likely to be the overall explanation. That is speculative, though, and without further research these sounds have to be considered at least a partial mystery! The U.S. Geological Survey has a brief write up on the phenomenon that you might like to read as well, located at earthquake.usgs.gov/… Playing the role of skeptics we wondered, if ‘ducting’ is the explanation, why did the extremely loud noise continue, unabated, for ‘up to 20 minutes’? One answer, that must have been a hell of a thunderstorm or storms with lighting leading to continuous thunder which traveled a long distance, the thunder sounds, non-stop for ‘up to 20 minutes’. The sound of thunder, misinterpreted as a possible tornado. Missing from the news report and the report from the Weather Service, the report of an actual tornado whose ‘sound’ might have been ‘ducting’ from a long distance. The ducting theory doesn’t seem explain the witnesses’ claim the ‘whole house and ground was shaking’. In the second bizarre Florida story, the report of the ground shaking and reports of a ‘loud rumble’ on March 18-The Weather Service demurred from weighing in on the cause of the loud sounds while the USGS reported the ‘bizarre’ shaking wasn’t due to an earthquake. WFTV.com: PALM COAST, Fla. — Investigators are trying to solve a bizarre mystery in Flagler County. A wave of people called 911 around 9:30am Friday to report the ground shaking in Flagler County. The calls all came from the Hammock area of Palm Coast (see map). However, people in the north Daytona area, as well as in Deltona and as far north as St. Augustine, said they felt it as well. Many people were worried that the shaking was an earthquake. The Emergency Management Office was on the phone all day trying to figure out the cause of the shaking. Residents said that buildings were shaking, and even a dispatcher in the county felt it happen. The news report included: ‘The U.S. Geological Survey told Flagler County that sensors in Georgia and Orlando picked up no movement. The National Weather Service reported nothing odd, and the Navy and Coast Guard told WFTV they had no information regarding on or offshore bombing exercises.’ What’s extremely odd about this report is the USGS confirmed the shaking wasn’t caused by an event which occurred at, or beneath ground level. Whatever caused the shaking generated from above the ground with witness reports of a ‘low rumble’. Over at the USGS website, the explanations of mysterious sounds phenomena which included sounds heard during earthquake. There weren’t any corresponding earthquakes which would explain the house and ground shaking during the ‘ducting’ phenomena on March 9th. The explanation from the Weather Service, ‘The leading edge of thunderstorms was well to the south by that time, and while there were still rumbles of thunder, the severe weather was over’. ‘Still some rumbles’ seems to contradict the continuous roar of ‘up to 20 minutes’, and, the reports of the house and ground shaking, which also included the lack of a report of any earthquake activity. By now we can conclude, perhaps erroneously, both events were ‘above the ground’, in the air phenomena not related to earthquakes. Meanwhile, over at the USGS website the USGS admitted they still haven’t solved the loud noise phenomena, the Seneca Guns. There does not appear to be any agreement on what causes the Seneca guns. They have been occurring in several places around the eastern U.S. and in India for at least a century or two. As far as I can tell, they have worried people but they have never caused damage or injury. The Earth is a complex place and there is a lot about it that we don’t understand. Perhaps someday we will understand what causes Seneca guns, but right now we don’t understand what makes them. However, they do not seem to pose a threat to anyone. The USGS pooh-poohed the Seneca Guns as ‘top secret military activity’: Top secret military activity: the problem with this explanation is that it’s too easy. Centuries ago people called on magic the same way. There’s no way to disprove this idea as a cause of Seneca guns, because if it’s top secret we won’t know about it, but I’ve never seen any reason to take the explanation seriously. Sure, the military has lots of secrets, but something big enough to cause Seneca guns in so many regions, including India, would be really hard to keep secret. One of the great things about America is that it’s hard to keep big secrets here. Most of us, including me, would be eager to share a really big secret with friends and family, and if we weren’t lots of reporters would be glad to do it for us. Hey, that’s cool, whoever wrote this article at the USGS freely admitted they’d be ‘eager’ to share a ‘big secret’ about ‘top secret military activity’. Yeah, right. The above paragraph from the USGS website, a government website, absolutely asinine, and, condescending to the public. It’s no wonder after reading the Seneca gun and unexplained loud noises ‘explanation’ article where the USGS admitted they don’t have an explanation, the bewildered public turns to the dreaded speculation including the speculation the loud noises and ground shaking may have been the Air Force fine-tuning their HAARP Project, or, a UFO. A highly informative read on HAARP, an article at From The Wilderness written by Michel Chossudovsky, Professor of Economics, University of Ottawa and TFF associate, author of The Globalization of Poverty. -’In the US, the technology is being perfected under the High-frequency Active Aural Research Program (HAARP) as part of the (“Star Wars”) Strategic Defence Initiative (SDI). Recent scientific evidence suggests that HAARP is fully operational and has the ability of potentially triggering floods, droughts, hurricanes and earthquakes.’ From the article which is well worth the entire read: -Marc Filterman, a former French military officer, outlines several types of “unconventional weapons” using radio frequencies. He refers to “weather war,” indicating that the U.S. and the Soviet Union had already “mastered the know-how needed to unleash sudden climate changes (hurricanes, drought) in the early 1980s.” (3) These technologies make it “possible to trigger atmospheric disturbances by using Extremely Low Frequency (ELF) radar [waves].” (4) Did HAARP trigger an atmospheric disturbance, the Weather Services claim of ‘ducting’? More info on extremely low frequency (ELF) waves and HAARP: Another method is the use of very low frequency electromagnetic waves in weather modification experiments. These waves can pass through solid earth and oceans and have been used by the military to probe the upper atmosphere and the inner structure of the earth. These pulsed, extremely low frequency (ELF) waves, for instance, can be used to convey mechanical effects and vibrations at great distances through the Earth. They can manipulate the weather, creating storms and torrential rains over an area. Hidden Mysterious.org: – Puerto Rico is one of the key areas for the HAARP Project. In fact, the largest Radio Telescope in the world is in the island. This is the center for Ionosferic studies. You can find more information on this matter here:www.eagle-net.org/ph… From The Wilderness: HAARP has been presented to public opinion as a program of scientific and academic research. US military documents seem to suggest, however, that HAARP’s main objective is to “exploit the ionosphere for Department of Defense purposes.” (8) Without explicitly referring to the HAARP program, a US Air Force study points to the use of “induced ionospheric modifications” as a means of altering weather patterns as well as disrupting enemy communications and radar.(9) Since HAARP is associated with the ionosphere, the theory of Ionospheric ducting: Ionospheric ducting is a term used to describe how fragments of radio broadcasts or walkie-talkie communications can travel thousands of miles by occurring in electronic layers of the ionosphere that create small “ducts” that allow them to travel great distances. The observational evidence for long-range propagation of high-frequency radio signals began to accumulate in 1926 when transatlantic communication links had been established. In 1927, signals were detected that had propagated over large distances or circled the Earth with little attenuation.* According to Jurgen Graff, a former engineer at Telefunken, “a taxi driver communication in New York could suddenly be monitored for a couple of minutes in Europe. After a few minutes the ducts collapse and the phenomenon disappears.” (Roach, p. 188). Could HAARP cause the ground to shake without causing an earthquake? What’s curious about the two phenomena in Florida are the reports of the ground shaking. In one event, the USGS stated their sensors failed to detect an earthquake. During the ‘ducting’ phenomena which included a report of the ground and house shaking, no mention from the USGS of whether an earthquake was detected. According to the site, Beyond The Curtain, HAARP activity was off the charts during Japan’s 9.0 earthquake and tsunami.
