Hi Friends, Please network this message from Emma Clarke re rally against child abuse. and I hope to see you there. I will be helping run the publicity stall with Emma’s sister.   Pen xx   PS the songs are composed and sung by an amazing man called Corneilius Vaughan. The whole afternoon promises to be brilliant as these horrendous truths must be revealed.  Well done Emma, helpers and all the speakers and sharers.     Dear all, Please find attached latest speaker list for the rally on June 4th. As always this is not set in stone and just gives us a bit of structure to work with in preparation.  Can I ask all speakers on the list to join us on the plinth at 12.45pm so everyone’s there and ready to go when their names called, which will save us a few minutes in time overall. Just a reminder that the rally’s in sections this time focusing initially on establishment abuse etc with some keynote speakers to begin with, compered by Belinda. Then it’s the open mic for survivors, support groups and campaigners etc, compered by Keith. We’ve been given permission by Trafalgar Square for 2 songs relevant to the cause, which we will use to open and close the rally.  We never received responses from Jim Corr, Peter Saunders, Chris Wittwer or Bill Maloney but obviously anyone who turns up on the day is welcome to speak so it’s not a problem. Please find below reply from Tim Loughton’s office:- Also, reply from John Hemming:- I am happy to send a message of support, but my advice bureau is on Saturdays and my constituents come first. Dear Mrs Clarke   Thank you for kindly inviting Tim Loughton MP to participate in the Rally Against Child Abuse on Saturday 4th June. Unfortunately, the      Minister will not be able to attend due to longstanding commitments in his constituency.   The Minister has asked me to convey his sincere apologies and he would like to assure you that the Government takes child abuse very seriously and is committed to working against it.   Best wishes   Sophie I think that’s everything for now, if i’ve missed anything or any questions please ask. See you all in a couple of weeks! Emma
