I was recently sent this clip, which I had not seen before. www.youtube.com/watc… In this speech he says: “I did attempt to find out if there were any secret documents that revealed things – and if there were, they were concealed from me too. I wouldn’t be the first president that underlings had lied to or that career bureaucrats had waited out. But there may be some career person sitting around somewhere hiding these secrets even from elected presidents.
