About a week ago, someone sent me a link to this article:   Official ET Disclosure? –> “NSA Document Admits ET Contact” By Kevin W. Smith   www.ufodigest.com/ar…   It links to documents, made public in 2004, by the NSA. The article above claims that the NSA had been ” decoding of extraterrestrial messages that had been received “form outer space”.  Apparently, these messages had actually been received via the Sputnik satellite, but no one had any idea how to decode them at the time.”   Sounds interesting right? And a quick look at these documents   www.nsa.gov/public_i… www.nsa.gov/public_i… www.nsa.gov/public_i… www.nsa.gov/public_i…   makes you think “wow!” However, “red flags” appear in the Kevin Smith article when it says    My contact told me that he was blown away by the wording of the document.  He said that NSA communications are filled with words like “possibly” , “allegedly”, and “thought to be”.  He said, “This document has none of the normal NSA disclaimer words in it.  They just come out and say ‘we received messages from outer space’ and this is the way to decode those messages.”   Decidedly thin on details…   So, I searched a little more and it wasn’t too hard to find this article – which seems to be much more accurate.   www.openminds.tv/nsa…   In summary, these documents pertain to an exercise or study in cryptography by Dr. Howard Campaigne – he was indeed an expert cryptographer who worked for the NSA. However, the ET messages in the document were hypothetical ones – used as means of conveying the ideas of advanced cryptography.   This is a good illustration of how truth and falsehood are mixed together on certain websites and it’s quite easy to be caught out if you don’t spend a bit of time, ahem, “decoding” things….
