Of course they, as usual have no clue about any actual evidence other than what has come out of a university or something. Interesting they’re bringing it up, but apart from that, there is really nothing of value. Other topics in there too – such as “cognitive enhancement”. (A lot of talk on forums about WEF discussing these things, but no actual links to the document above – had to find it myself).
