Marc Van Overmeire of the University of Brussels (VUB), at the request of FLAG (Flanders Aerospace Group) looked into Mr Keshe’s energy concept and produced the following evaluation (download the pdf) . He concluded that the concepts behind this method of energy production are valid, but Dr. ir. Marc Van Overmeire states that there is a lack of scientific data to back up the operation of the hardware.
