Sorry if you get 2 copies.   The host have been utterly hopeless in trying to sort out the problem – I have complained because they have deleted about 98% of all the files and seem to think it’s my problem. I do have the vast majority backed up, but am now asking them to pull their finger out and recompense me as well as restoring the files (I have had terrible support from them for the last 4 days).   I am currently restoring some files, but if the host can’t restore them, it will take quite a few days to get everything back online. I may switch to another provider because the service has been so terrible.
