This is a poor quality vid, a screenover shot with a lot of background noise making the soundtrack almost inaudible. The title says that this is an antigravity craft being tested by the Russian army. However we see diagrams of very conventional-looking jet engines in the film. Is this simply an aircraft lifted by a downward directional jet? If so then it seems to produce no draft. It flies through forests and grassland without disturbing the vegetation.
