On December 2nd Dr. Reynolds joined me to discuss many things from the University system to his Request For Corrections. Dr. Morgan Reynolds earned his Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin in 1971. He was most notably a Chief Economist for the U.S. Department of Labor in 2001-2002 (a Bush appointee). Dr. Reynolds was also a professor emeritus of economics at Texas A&M University. He was a senior fellow at the National Center for Policy Analysis and was also the director of Criminal Justice there. He is the author/co-author of 6 books, has 50 published articles and dozens of policy studies.
