I’ve seen this story in the Guardian today.  www.theguardian.com/… I thought I’d heard of something similar before.  I did a search and this was the story I was thinking about  www.dailymail.co.uk/… And then I thought this wasn’t the first time that I remember these sorts of stories.  I remember Alan Watt talking about CAP back in 2008 or 9.  So I did a google news search for 2007-2012 Again, we had the similar story in 2009 http://news.bbc.co.uk/today/hi/today/newsid_8076000/8076805.stm More from the BBC here http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/magazine/7574684.stm  Seems they re-hash the same story every year.  I can’t think why 😉 Steven   This rehashing reminds of how NASA rehash 10-year old stories then ignore the data.
