Thanks to David for these links I’m not sure if you’ve seen this, but could these mysterious craters in northern Russia perhaps be the result of the testing of satellite-based DEWs such as those used on 9/11? If the “permafrost collapsed” as this article states, how did the dirt and rocks wind up outside the craters, like the dust outside of “ground zero” on 9/11 when we were told the towers had “collapsed”?
