RYF,It does seem these conference is accompanied by the “right” weather to hammer home the message. Interestingly just before the Beijing Olympics in 2008, the chief organizer said he could GUARANTEE good weather for the fortnight-long event. Beijing’s climate is temperate, rather like the mid-European one, and subject to constant changes of weather. How can anybody there possibly guarantee good weather? But guess what? The sun shone the whole time. These powers-that-be have been extraordinarily luck when it comes to weather.,
