I had just done a talk and it rained very heavily just as I was starting, then at 3:30, after Harry’s talk, it had cleared up considerably. When I left the site, the weather was fine and I drove all the way home (a distance of 100 miles) in bright sunshine! These tubes are sprayed *on the outside* with water to make them work. Harry explained in his talk that he had actually visited California with his translators and it was at around this time that the rains started and the drought officially ended!
