Ghana President fed Disinformation?
The Bitchute video below says “Here we have the President of Ghana NANO AKUFO-ADDO reading his copy of the LOCKSTEP document from the Rockefeller Foundation.” However, the document he is reading is not from 2010 – as it mentions things that weren’t in the “Scenarios for the Future of Technology and International Development” – as discussed here: toresays.com/2020/04…
The Ghana president Nano Akufo-Addo is basically correct – but it appears he has been fed disinformation to discredit him – and he has “gone with it” because he is angry. I am not sure what document he is reading from – but yes, it describes what is happening and what could happen soon.

Dr Wolfgang Wodarg on the PCR Test
A reader sent me this useful link
On his most informative blog, he now has now posted a link to a very recent article published in another German language blog by a researcher called Oliver Märtens “Der PCR-Test und die Tricks von Correctiv” www.peds-ansichten.de/2020/07/pcr-test-correctiv-deutung/ which shows how the test is being abused in a highly significant way. If you do not read German, the Google translation is intelligible, more or less.
The key point is, that the test should be done in two parts, testing for two separate genetic markers. The first part is the Suchtest, the screening test, which finds and amplifies a marker believed to be common to all Coronaviruses. It is extremely unspecific (prone to many false positive results) but very sensitive (with very few false negative results). Then those samples, which have tested positive for any type of Coronavirus in the first test, are tested for the second marker. This is the Bestätigungstest, the confirmation test, which finds and amplifies only that marker from Coronaviruses which react like the SARS-Cov-2 virus. which therefore gives far fewer positive results, (though there will still be some false positive and some false negative results). A positive result on both tests is then treated as diagnostic, though strictly, of course, it is not. However, the full test procedure can still be useful in the clinical situation, where decisions have to be made about treatment.
Unfortunately, the WHO has declared itself satisfied with one positive result, certainly, always in those regions where the SARS-Cov-2 virus is taken to be widespread. Amazingly, this has sometimes been taken to mean part one only, the unspecific screening test, which now suffices to declare a laboratory confirmed case, which is totally illogical.
