Australian Fair Work Commission – Decision on Vaccine Mandates

The last 4 points read:
[181] Blanket rules, such as mandating vaccinations for everyone across a whole profession or industry regardless of the actual risk, fail the tests of proportionality, necessity and reasonableness. It is more than the absolute minimum necessary to combat the crisis and cannot be justified on health grounds. It is a lazy and fundamentally flawed approach to risk management and should be soundly rejected by courts when challenged.
[182] All Australians should vigorously oppose the introduction of a system of medical apartheid and segregation in Australia. It is an abhorrent concept and is morally and ethically wrong, and the anthesis of our democratic way of life and everything we value.
[183] Australians should also vigorously oppose the ongoing censorship of any views that question the current policies regarding COVID. Science is no longer science if it a person is not allowed to question it.
[184] Finally, all Australians, including those who hold or are suspected of holding “anti-vaccination sentiments”, are entitled to the protection of our laws, including the protections afforded by the Fair Work Act. In this regard, one can only hope that the Majority Decision is recognised as an anomaly and not followed by others.

South African Court Case – Against Their President
Dr Kevin Corbett sent me this (I think the video title is incorrect and I am not sure if it’s a reposting from earlier this year, but nevertheless, it is significant). Kevin is/was acting as an expert witness in the case.

There are significant positive take away points from the initial outcomes of the 2021 legislative session:
Out of the 30 passed bills that contained COVID-19 related measures, 29 were bills that had positive elements that protected vaccine informed consent rights and only one restricted rights. No state legislatures passed bills with COVID-19 mandates. The only COVID-19 vaccine mandates enacted so far were created by state Governors, state or local officials, or by private employers.

1. Unlike traditional vaccines, the vaccines being used for COVID-19 (“the COVID-19
vaccines”) instruct the body cells to create the SARS-CoV-2 spike protein.
2 . The COVID-19 vaccines may reduce severity of symptoms if the patient gets
COVID-19, but may not prevent them from getting COVID-19 nor from passing it on.
3. Although alternative treatments are available, the COVID-19 vaccines have been
granted Emergency Use Authorisation, so require less comprehensive clinical data.
4. By 8 Sep 2021, of the 48,344,566 people that had received at least one jab, there
had been 1,645 deaths ( † 1 in 29,389 chance of dying from vaccine ) and 1,196,813
adverse reactions officially reported . The actual figures may be ten times higher.
Adverse reactions were reported more often in younger people than in older adults.
5. Adverse reactions to the COVID-19 vaccines include, but are not limited to: strokes,
blindness, deafness, clotting, miscarriages , anaphylaxis and cardiovascular disorders.
6. We will not know what the possible long term effects of the COVID-19 vaccines
may be (e.g., infertility) until after the studies of the clinical trials conclude in 2023.
For this reason, the COVID-19 vaccines may be considered experimental.
7. The manufacturers of the COVID-19 vaccines are immune from civil liability.
Italy – Green Pass Resistance
I received this in an email update, but I have not been able to find a specific web page:
THE FINAL CONFLICT
The movement against the green pass has developed a three-pronged line of attack which is shaking the system.
STREETS
Before 28th August 2021, the powers-that-be thought the opposition was feeble and small of number.
But on the 28th the situation changed.
Thousands of people converged onto the streets of Rome and confronted the police.
During the following Saturdays the numbers increased heavily, mobilising two-hundred- thousand people throughout Italy.
To put it into some proportion, establishment political parties nowadays can mobilise just a few hundred people to their rallies.
The anti-Green pass revolt is now an anti-establishment revolt.
THE JUDICIAL ATTACK
The action launched by Neapolitan lawyers is obtaining concrete results.
On the 19th October teachers dismissed from work for refusing to take up the Green Pass will be presenting their case to the Employment Tribunal.
The Tribunal will send the Green Pass to the Constitutional Court, to be examined and its legality judged, and it is expected the Employment Tribunal will rule in the meantime that teachers can go back to work and receive their salaries.
On the criminal side of things public prosecutors are finalizing the criminal case against the Prime Minister, Mario Draghi.
Big news is expected in the coming days.
THE ROSARY CRUSADE
But it is the spiritual challenge which will, most of all, determine the outcome of this fight.
On 29th September, following the encouragements of Monsignor Viganò, a battling priest, Fr. Floriano Abrahamowicz, has started a Rosary Crusade with the following intention: to defeat the Health Dictatorship and establish the social reign of Jesus Christ on earth.
The initiative is already spreading like lightning, and 7th October, the feast day of Our Lady of the Rosary (in memory of the victory of Lepanto ) will see the official start of this important rosary crusade.
As we all know, the rosary is the greatest weapon we can use against the enemies of Christ and of mankind.
So please join the Crusade and also give support to our important legal activities and street actions.
