Though spectacular, I suspect they are good fakes. Until more of the background story comes out, then I will assume they are just fakes. Also, in the Haiti one, there are lots of objects in the sky and lots of activity, yet the clip ends. If you want to argue that the “field effects” from the objects stopped the camera working, then why didn’t that happen when the large craft were closest? The scenes in both these 2 videos are also quite similar. I think it’s possible that the water tower or “raised house” or watch tower thing in the Haiti video is also in the Dominican Republic video (you can just see the edge of it, but it’s very difficult to say for sure).
