Hi Andrew,
In your latest video update you mentioned that John Hutchison is currently experimenting with cannabis seeds and the Hutchison effect.
In Switzerland there is a guy called Daniel Ebner who has developed a method where he places seeds in a different electrostatic field. After doing so the plants that grow from these seeds express different characteristics then the seeds normally would. He has done the same with rainbow trout seeds.
Perhaps this is another technology that is being suppressed.
