Absolutely. He is either misleading his viewers deliberately or has failed to comprehend Dr JW’s most fundamental ideas. He can’t have read very carefully at all because the author states very clearly that she is not referring to directed electromagnetic energy, but something entirely different. This is not the first time this issue has been fudged. Dr JW’s detractors will almost always make comments about “Star Trek ray guns!” or “lasers from space!” This is not only silly rhetoric, but it is distorting the entire subject.
