Someone on my e-mail list sent me this: Just contacted Clevedon Mercury and was informed by editorial desk that it was a part of school journalism project for Yeo Moor School and nothing more. As a reminder, it was regarding this story: http://www.thisissomerset.co.uk/clevedon/news/bristolairport/Young-Clevedon-reporters-scoop-world/article-646097-detail/article.html Curiously, another UK school in Basingstoke did a similar “stunt” in November last year: www.basingstokegazet… Why are schools in the UK writing made up newspaper stories etc about Flying Saucers landing? (Note for for UK people – I have no idea what Sandi Toksvig has got to do with the Basingstoke story :-))
