He did have to beg congress for more money so he could pay Goldman 100 cents on the dollar for the AIG contracts Goldman paid only 10 cents on the dollar to bottom fish.. Goldman knew up front to bet against AIG being able to make good on AIG insuring all the fradulent CDO securities they and the Banksters sold because Goldman knew that the fradulent securities sold exceeded 4 trillion dollars totally beyond AIG’s capacity to insure.
