This presentation will look at the incredible work of Canadian Radio Engineer, Wilbert Brockhouse Smith, who, over a period of 12 years, went from being a UFO/ET Sceptic to building working items of technology under the instruction of "The Boys Topside". This fascinating story encompasses many of the phenomena which other UFO figures and researchers have discovered and discussed – and it is a story which most people have never heard.
