On the morning on 30th Apr 2019, I received an anonymous letter, written in pencil. The letter was posted on 29 Apr 2019, in the UK.
Please read on, below the list, for some additional thoughts about what this might be related to.

I can imagine that, if this list is real, it might be a list of proposed *exercises* which they could then portray as real events in the media. I am reminded of Peter Powers’ statements on 7 Jul 2005 or Radio 5 Live – have a listen:
POWER: …at half-past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for, er, over, a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing upright!
PETER ALLEN: To get this quite straight, you were running an exercise to see how you would cope with this and it happened while you were running the exercise?
POWER: Precisely, and it was, er, about half-past nine this morning, we planned this for a company and for obvious reasons I don’t want to reveal their name but they’re listening and they’ll know it. And we had a room full of crisis managers for the first time they’d met and so within five minutes we made a pretty rapid decision, ‘this is the real one’ and so we went through the correct drills of activating crisis management procedures to jump from ‘slow time’ to ‘quick time’ thinking and so on.

And to my Knowledge, Peter Power has never been arrested as being a suspect in a terrorist plot, of course…

Most of the predictions, like this, about the future turn out to be wrong though!
Additional Updated thoughts:
The instructions or suggestions or advice in the letter was contradictory, so I chose one interpretation and proceeded on that basis. Yes, of course 31 April is not a real date… Also, “Wembley” was spelled incorrectly in what I was sent. Yes, it could be a prank etc – or just from a person that thinks they have real information, but actually it is just a list from somewhere / something else. It gave me an opportunity to remind intelligence service operatives to think twice about what they are involved in – and anyone who is invited or asked to take part in “terror drills” and similar nonsense.
