Did The Beatles Write All Their Own Music? An Analysis by Mike Williams

Mike has posted his “Magnum Opus” looking at the timeline of Beatles Music production. Mike “homes in” on the legendary “Rubber Soul” album and using the “official” production timeline, archive footage and so on, he argues (very convincingly) that the Beatles only had time to do the vocals on the album and didn’t play the instruments, nor did they write the songs. He argues that “Paul II (Faul)” – or “Billy” (Shears) was doing a proportion of the work on the album, and he gradually did more over the next 2 or 3 albums.

Williams includes some video of surprising and contradictory remarks by producer George Martin (dubbed “The Fifth Beatle” by many). He also highlights how the Fab Four can’t really agree on who wrote “All You Need is Love” and exactly how it came to be the song used for the 1967 “Our World” global satellite link up).

Williams also explores the role of the Tavistock institute in Social Engineering Projects/Programmes and suggests that “the Beatles” was just another social engineering project run by them. In that area, he draws on the interesting research of Dr John Coleman into “The Committee of 300” – although he doesn’t just take Coleman’s book at “face value” either.

The presentation is a marvellous example of how to deliver factual information in a thorough concise and easy to understand format – even though it is about 4 hours 30 mins in length! (I watched it in stages)

One additional (unfortunate) note to Mike Williams’ radio hour is his entertaining “Flat Earthers”…
