If anyone wants to sign my petition, here is the link.

About 450 people have signed so far. With the latest (predictable) fascistic announcement in the UK, let’s hope more people see what is really going on – and those within these authoritarian bodies act in the interests of the truth, rather than the elites/medical mafia’s agenda etc

UNESCO Bioethics and Human Rights – A Loophole?

Thanks to Brett  who noted that in the 2005 UNESCO document, “Universal Declaration on Bioethics and Human Rights”. Article 27, titled “Limitations on the application of the principles”:

If the application of the principles of this Declaration is to be limited, it should be by law, including laws in the interests of public safety, for the investigation, detection and prosecution of criminal offences, for the protection of public health or for the protection of the rights and freedoms of others. Any such law needs to be consistent with international human rights law.”

Brett notes:

This comes just before Article 28, “Denial of acts contrary to human rights, fundamental freedoms and human dignity”, which you make specific reference to. These are the last articles of the document. Although Article 28 is meant to protect against misinterpretation I fear that the language of the preceding Article 27 is sufficiently ambiguous and may present a kind of loophole.

However, if anyone were actually to make this point,  a response is that, shows that the alleged “public health” risk doesn’t really exist and the authorities have committed fraud to give the impression that it does. Hence, any lawyer etc should easily be able to argue this with available evidence…

COVID-19 – PCR Test – CDC Guidance

This is dated 13 July 2020, so worth noting…

Intended Use

The CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel is a real-time RT-PCR test intended for the qualitative detection of nucleic acid from the 2019-nCoV in upper and lower respiratory specimens (such as nasopharyngeal or oropharyngeal swabs, sputum, lower respiratory tract aspirates, bronchoalveolar lavage, and nasopharyngeal wash/aspirate or nasal aspirate) collected from individuals who meet 2019-nCoV clinical and/or epidemiological criteria (for example, clinical signs and symptoms associated with 2019-nCoV infection, contact with a probable or confirmed 2019-nCoV case, history of travel to geographic locations where 2019-nCoV cases were detected, or other epidemiologic links for which 2019-nCoV testing may be indicated as part of a public health investigation). Testing in the United States is limited to laboratories certified under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988 (CLIA), 42 U.S.C. § 263a, to perform high complexity tests.

Results are for the identification of 2019-nCoV RNA. The 2019-nCoV RNA is generally detectable in upper and lower respiratory specimens during infection. Positive results are indicative of active infection with 2019-nCoV but do not rule out bacterial infection or co-infection with other viruses. The agent detected may not be the definite cause of disease. Laboratories within the United States and its territories are required to report all positive results to the appropriate public health authorities.

Negative results do not preclude 2019-nCoV infection and should not be used as the sole basis for treatment or other patient management decisions. Negative results must be combined with clinical observations, patient history, and epidemiological information.

Testing with the CDC 2019-nCoV Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel is intended for use by trained laboratory personnel who are proficient in performing real-time RT-PCR assays. The CDC 2019-Novel Coronavirus (2019-nCoV) Real-Time RT-PCR Diagnostic Panel is only for use under a Food and Drug Administration’s Emergency Use Authorization

Extracellular Vesicles and Viruses

Thanks to Sandy for this link, which relates to what Dr Kaufman and others have reported in recent months…

ABSTRACT

Extracellular vesicles (EVs) released by various cells are small phospholipid membrane-enclosed entities that can carry miRNA. They are now central to research in many fields of biology because they seem to constitute a new system of cell–cell communication. Physical and chemical characteristics of many EVs, as well as their biogenesis pathways, resemble those of retroviruses. Moreover, EVs generated by virus-infected cells can incorporate viral proteins and fragments of viral RNA, being thus indistinguishable from defective (non-infectious) retroviruses. EVs, depending on the proteins and genetic material incorporated in them, play a significant role in viral infection, both facilitating and suppressing it. Deciphering the mechanisms of EV-cell interactions may facilitate the design of EVs that inhibit viral infection and can be used as vehicles for targeted drug delivery.
