From Morgan Stack in Ireland: ======================== I received this notification from RTE a couple of days ago: “RTÉ has decided not to transmit Loose Change on 10 February. As a third edition of Loose Change is being prepared RTÉ has deferred any decision on transmission until we have had a chance of seeing the new version.” I then responded with the following email: “The new version of loose Change won’t be ready for months yet and is targeted for release into movie theatres in the US to coincide with the 6th anniversary in September. If normal procedure is followed it won’t be available to be screened on TV for at least a year after that… which is Sept 2008. Does RTE have any intention of presenting the ‘alternative hypothesis’ of 9/11 to the Irish people before the election? I’m conscious that it could be 2012 before we have another election.” I was informed yesterday that RTE had no such plans. ‘Time makes more converts than reason,’ Tom Paine once said.
